Common questions
I forgot my account or want to switch devices.
Sign in on your other device with the same Apple ID you used originally and your progress, streak, and lessons will appear within a few seconds. If you upgraded an anonymous account to Apple sign-in on your old phone, signing in on the new phone restores everything.
I lost my streak — can I get it back?
If a streak is lost because of a verifiable bug on our end, write us and we'll restore it. If you simply missed a day, the traditional way is to start again — Catholics, of all people, are good at that.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete account & data. The deletion is immediate and permanent: it removes your XP, streak, lessons completed, and prayer log along with your account record.
I found an error in a lesson.
Please tell us. We take theological accuracy seriously and we appreciate corrections. Email support@thecatoapp.com with the lesson title and the issue.
